Meet Our Professionals:
Sarah Carl, LMT
Most of my
life has been dedicated to understanding and caring for the body. I
have a BFA in dance, which I have studied all my life and taught for
seven years. My massage career emerged while caring for aches, pains
and injuries sustained along the way and has been an official
profession since 2005. I use a variety of massage techniques including
yoga-based Thai massage, which is the focus of my massage studies, and
an accumulation of Western style techniques to keep you moving happily
in this world.
Teresa Lundy, LMT
My favorite part of being a massage therapist is connecting with
people. In the eight years I’ve been in practice, I have met a wide
range of bodies and personalities. Each person brings his/her own
history and specific needs. I thrive on interacting with my clients and
watching their bodies and lives change over time. My work is effective
because I am constantly responding to people’s changes. The body tells
me its needs in subtle and not so subtle ways. I read those messages
well and use my years of experience to find the best technique to
encourage healing without ever using force. Your result will be a
pain-free and relaxed body, mind and spirit
